The Wisconsin Association of
County Personnel Directors (WACPD) is an
independent, non-political, non-profit organization whose membership are
employed in full-time, non-elected professional positions by a County in
Wisconsin as the primary person responsible for Personnel/ Human Resource
functions. Associate membership is open to other persons employed in non-elected
professional positions by a county and whose primary job duties are directly
related to Personnel/ Human Resource functions.
The purpose of
WACPD
is to promote the interchange
of ideas and to support individuals involved in Personnel/Human Resource
functions by promoting professionalism, state-of-the-art education, and
expertise regarding Personnel/Human Resource administration to all
members.
